About Us

Flavio and Louise have had over 40 years experience preparing and presenting workshops on a variety of topics.
​
Flavio is a past High School concert and jazz band director and has adjudicated festivals and presented workshops in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC, Minnesota, and North Dakota.
Louise has been an Elementary Music and private teacher in BC and Manitoba.
Together, Louise and Flavio perform as 'Sugar and Spice' at Farmers' Markets, private parties, Seniors' Residences, and public performances from Victoria to Qualicum Beach.

Small group workshops are offered once a month. Topics will vary each month. If you have a request for a workshop, just let us know!
